Pegamentos adhesivos de curado UV

Los adhesivos de curado UV asientan en cuestión de segundos y lo hacen mediante la irradiación de luz visible y solar. La luz ultravioleta es a partir de la que se seca este tipo de adhesivo. En muchos casos se pueden emplear linternas UV LED para su secado instantáneo. La adhesión de este tipo de pegamento es alta y sus usos son muy diversos: desde la medicina pasando por la medicina hasta llegar a la electrónica y, por supuesto, para pegar vidrio con otros materiales. ¿Sabías qué, por ejemplo, los adhesivos de curado UV se emplean para pegar las pantallas del móvil al resto del dispositivo?

Adhesivos instantáneos-cianocrilatos

Están diseñados para un pegado estructural e instantáneo. Con rangos de temperatura que oscilan entre los -50 y los 80ºC (las nuevas formulaciones pueden alcanzar incluso los 200ºC), estos pegamentos cuentan con opciones para superficies porosas, verticales, bajo olor y bajo empañamiento, entre otras.

Superficies: goma, metales cerámica, cuero, plásticos y madera.

Adhesivos Epoxi

Con una mayor capacidad de tapas holguras y tenacidad, los adhesivos epoxi son ideales en ambos casos con respecto a los cianocrilatos. Alta resistencia química, térmica, al cizallamiento y tracción. 

Superficies: metales, cerámica, madera y algunos plásticos, etc. 

VENTAJAS: Gran capacidad de tapar holguras y tenacidad.

Adhesivos anaeróbicos

Superficies: Metálicas.

VENTAJAS: Ideales para logar una gran resistencia química y mecánica. Altísima resistencia, protegen de corrosión y del óxido.

Adhesivos acrílicos

En base acrílica o éster.

Superficies: Varios.

VENTAJAS: Uniones de gran tenacidad.
